海南西餐师傅张文龙师傅简介：17岁开始做菜，家里经营了数代海南咖啡店，连皇室成员也成了该店的顾客。擅长制作海南式西餐，现为沙亚南Pak Long Kopitiam和两家Famous Thai的老板，近年甚少亲自下厨，偶尔兴致所至，会下厨款待文升，让文升有口福品尝充满意外惊喜的菜肴。
